OUR COMMITMENT

Transparency & Accountability

Al-Ijaz Foundation operates as a registered Section 42 not-for-profit company, is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, and is certified by the Punjab Charity Commission. Our schools are approved by the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab. We treat these registrations not as formalities but as standing commitments to operate openly and answer to the communities we serve.

Every financial year, our accounts are reviewed by an independent auditor before publication — the reports above cover three consecutive years of audited results. We publish them in full, unedited, so that anyone can see how funds are managed and spent, down to the level of hostel expenditure and institutional assets.

AES is community-supported rather than donor-funded, sustained through local resource mobilization rather than external giving. That makes public, independently audited reporting a practical necessity as much as a principle: it's how the community that sustains AES can see for itself that resources are used exactly as intended.
